この度、昨今の配送会社の改革などに伴いメール便の投函について注意点がございます。
ご注文にあたり、ご理解の程よろしくお願いいたします。

 
弊社のメール便サイズは、縦22ｃｍ・横30ｃｍ・厚み2.5ｃｍです。
複数のご注文があった場合などで、お客様宅のポスト（郵便受け）が商品梱包サイズより小さく
投函できない場合は配達員が持ち戻ります。
その際に連絡票が入りますので、お客様自身で必ずヤマト運輸に電話にて再配達依頼をお願いいたします。
保管期限内にご連絡いただかない場合、ご購入の商品は弊社倉庫へ返送されるため
再送をご希望の際は、宅急便の送料が個別で発生いたしますので予めご了承ください。

Due to the recent reform of delivery companies, there are some points to be noted regarding the posting of mail.
We appreciate your understanding when placing your order.

Our mail size is 22 cm (length), 30 cm (width), and 2.5 cm (thickness).
In case of multiple orders, the mailbox size may be smaller than the package size.
In such cases, the delivery staff will take the package back to the customer’s mailbox.
In this case, a notice will be sent to you, so please call Yamato Transport to request re-delivery by yourself.
If you do not contact us within the storage period, your purchased items will be returned to our warehouse.
If you wish to have your order shipped again, please understand that you will be charged separately for the TA-Q-BIN shipping fee.
